The Nitecore D4 is an intelligent, 4 cell battery charger that is capable of charging a large variety of batteries. It is able to identify what type of battery is inserted and intelligently apply the appropriate power charging mode. Moreover, due to its on-board microprocessor, you can charge 4 different types of batteries in both slot simultaneously and independently. This means even if one battery is not charging properly, the other will still continue charging.
The LCD display shows a rich amount of relevant information. It shows the charging progress, battery type, voltage, current and charging time. You can quickly switch between different reading by pressing the MODE button at the side of the charger.
Safety is the top priority with the Nitecore D4. The body is made of ABS fire retardant materials and designed for optimal heat dissipation so the charger is warm but never hot. The charger also has reverse polarity protection, which means it will never charge the battery when it detects that the battery has been inserted incorrectly. It will also automatically stop charging when the battery fully charges.
